1. Scope
PeakSync provides tools for analyzing motion in video and generating timestamped motion data, including Funscript and CSV files.
This Policy applies to source media used with PeakSync, generated files, connected-device use, and support submissions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Private processing
PeakSync uses your uploaded videos solely to perform the motion-analysis task you request. Your videos are not used for model training or any other purpose.
Videos are held temporarily only for processing. When the task ends—whether it succeeds, fails, or is canceled—PeakSync permanently deletes the uploaded videos and all temporary video copies created for the task. No copies of your videos are retained afterward.
PeakSync does not publish your source videos or make them available to other users.
This deletion process applies to source videos and temporary video copies, not to the Funscript or CSV files generated for you.
3. User responsibilities
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, or other lawful basis to access, upload, and process any source media you use with PeakSync, regardless of how it is loaded.
You must not use PeakSync to:
- submit or process unlawful material, or infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
- facilitate abuse, exploitation, coercion, or trafficking, including the abuse or exploitation of children;
- bypass DRM, paywalls, authentication, or other technical access controls; or
- introduce malware, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
These requirements also apply to your use of generated files and connected devices.
Processing a file does not mean that PeakSync has verified its legality or your rights to use it.
4. Device safety
Connect and control only compatible devices you own or are authorized to use, with the informed consent of anyone affected.
Follow the manufacturer's eligibility and safety requirements. Review scripts and device limits before use, and keep a physical stop or power control accessible. Stop the device if its operation is unexpected or unsafe.
Do not use connected devices to harm, coerce, or control another person without consent. Consent does not authorize unsafe or unlawful use.
5. Enforcement
We assess reported concerns using the information provided and relevant records available to us. Where we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated, we may restrict or suspend access to PeakSync.
We comply with applicable legal reporting, preservation, and disclosure requirements. Any legally required exception to the deletion process described in Section 2 is limited to what the law requires.
You may contact support@peaksync.net if you believe an enforcement action was taken in error.
6. Reporting
Report concerns through our Report a Safety or Rights Concern page or email support@peaksync.net.
Include a brief description of your concern and any relevant task or account identifiers, if available. Do not attach source videos or unlawful material to your report.
