1. Who we are and scope
PeakSync is operated by peaksync.net. Contact us at info@peaksync.net.
PeakSync is an adults-only service that supports private recognition of general and adult videos, funscript creation and editing, and control of compatible adult devices. The 18+ restriction applies because the service permits adult sources and controls adult devices; it does not mean every source video is adult content. This Policy explains how PeakSync handles information when you use the website and account features. It does not cover third-party video sources, device vendors, Telegram, or Discord, which have their own policies.
2. Information we handle
We handle:
- account information, including email, display name, timezone, avatar, password hash, age confirmation, and accepted legal-document versions;
- source videos temporarily submitted for recognition;
- generated funscripts, basic source metadata, task status, and external video references when used;
- source hashes and your confirmations that depicted persons are adults, you have the necessary rights and consent, and the content is lawful and consensual;
- device profile, safety settings, compatibility, and sanitized connection/test status;
- private Support request category, subject, message, account identity snapshot, delivery outcome, and operational handling status when you contact us through the onsite form;
- necessary cookies, session identifiers, CAPTCHA/email-verification state, browser/device data, timestamps, safe error codes, and security logs.
Adult source media may reveal sensitive information. Do not submit another person's image or information unless every depicted person is an adult and you have all rights and consents required to process it.
3. How we use information
We use information only to:
- create, authenticate, secure, and support accounts;
- recognize private source video and return a funscript;
- save, edit, play, download, and delete user-controlled funscripts;
- connect compatible devices and apply user-selected safety controls;
- operate task history and service limits;
- receive, deliver, review, and respond to private Support requests;
- prevent illegal, minor, non-consensual, abusive, or insecure use;
- maintain, troubleshoot, and protect PeakSync.
PeakSync does not use source videos to train AI models, sell personal information, serve targeted advertising, or publish website account content. A user may separately choose to post in the public Telegram community described below.
4. Video and retention
PeakSync does not provide video hosting. An uploaded source video is a temporary task input and is deleted from server task storage after recognition produces the funscript. The generated funscript and basic source metadata may remain until you delete them.
If you submit an external video URL, PeakSync may retain that reference so your browser can reload the source in Edit or Player. You can remove the reference without deleting the script. PeakSync does not thereby host, copy, cache, or proxy the referenced video.
Terminal task information is kept for 90 days. Source-hash and content-attestation safety evidence is kept for seven years. Other account and device information is kept while needed to provide the account and is deleted or de-identified after a valid deletion request, except for limited information needed for security or legal claims. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
Private Support requests, including optional attachments, their account identity snapshot, and email-delivery metadata, are physically deleted 180 days after receipt regardless of handling status. Support email is attempted once after the request is saved; a delivery failure does not cause repeated email attempts.
5. Service providers and processing location
PeakSync uses service providers for hosting, email verification and Support delivery, security, and video recognition. They may process only the information needed to provide those services. Primary PeakSync servers are located in the western United States, and information may be processed in the United States.
When you direct PeakSync to connect a device or load an external source, necessary information may be sent to that device vendor or source under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
6. Public community services
PeakSync may link to public communities hosted by Telegram or Discord for product announcements, troubleshooting, feedback, feature requests, and user discussion. If you join or post, your Telegram profile, messages, media, reactions, and other activity are handled by Telegram under its own terms and privacy policy and may be visible to other community members under the selected provider's terms and privacy policy.
Your community account is not linked to your PeakSync account, and PeakSync does not send account, task, credit, or device data to Telegram or Discord through the website. PeakSync moderators may view, reply to, retain operational records about, or remove public posts as needed to moderate the community and respond to product feedback. A public post is not a private support request. Send account, privacy, security, legal, or sensitive-log matters to the private Contact Us form or info@peaksync.net instead.
7. Cookies and device credentials
PeakSync uses necessary cookies or browser storage for the 18+ Age Gate, login, security, and current workflow. The Age Gate cookie lasts up to 90 days. Login uses short-lived access credentials and can be refreshed for up to 24 hours, or up to 30 days when you choose to stay signed in.
Where supported, device connection details are encrypted in this browser and retained for 30 days from the time they are saved. Saved details can prefill a connection form, but PeakSync does not automatically connect a device or send those details to its APIs or routine logs.
8. Security and choices
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, including access limits, minimized collection, redaction of secrets, and temporary source handling. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You can update available profile information and delete scripts, source references, device profiles, and your account through PeakSync. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, receive, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact info@peaksync.net to make a request. We may verify your identity before completing it.
9. Adults only and changes
PeakSync is only for people who are 18 or older. If you believe a minor is using PeakSync or appears in submitted material, stop processing that material and contact info@peaksync.net immediately.
We may update this Policy when the service or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and version and provide additional notice when reasonably necessary.
