Report a Safety or Rights Concern

1. How to report

Email support@peaksync.net with the subject “PeakSync abuse report.”

Please include:

• A description of the concern and why you believe it involves PeakSync.
• Relevant dates and any task or account identifiers you have.
• Any non-sensitive supporting information already available to you.

You may submit a report even if you do not have a task or account identifier. Provide only the information needed to explain your concern.

Do not send source videos, intimate images, suspected illegal imagery, passwords, device tokens, or other access credentials. Use written descriptions and reference details instead.

2. How we handle reports

We review reports using the information provided and any relevant records available to us. We may contact you for clarification or additional non-sensitive information.

Where the available information provides reasonable grounds to believe our Terms have been violated, we may take action under those Terms, including stopping an active task or restricting an account. If the available information is insufficient, we may be unable to reach a conclusion.

Personal information submitted with a report is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable legal reporting, preservation, and disclosure requirements.

3. Account concerns

Impersonation and account abuse concern the account. Signed-in users may also send those through Contact Us.
