Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and peaksync.net, the operator of PeakSync. By creating an account or accepting these Terms, you agree to them. Contact us at info@peaksync.net.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and permitted to use adult video and device services where you live. Do not use PeakSync if you do not meet these requirements.

2. The service

PeakSync provides private recognition of supported general and adult videos, funscript generation, editing and playback, and control of compatible adult devices. The 18+ restriction reflects the adult-content and adult-device capabilities; not every source video must contain adult content. The PeakSync website does not provide permanent video hosting or on-site public user-content publishing. PeakSync may separately link to a public community hosted by Telegram under Section 8.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service lawfully under these Terms. PeakSync may change or discontinue a feature for security, safety, legal, maintenance, or technical reasons.

3. Account responsibility

Provide accurate information, protect your password and device credentials, and notify info@peaksync.net if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share access to another person's account or credentials.

4. Your sources and scripts

You retain the rights you have in sources and scripts. You permit PeakSync to temporarily process a source and handle a script only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

For every source, you confirm that:

• every depicted person is 18 or older;
• every depicted person consented as required by law;
• you own or have all rights and permissions needed to process the source;
• the source is lawful and is not exploitative, coerced, deceptive, or non-consensual.

PeakSync may reject or remove processing that does not meet these requirements and may retain a source hash and your attestation as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use PeakSync to:

• process sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor;
• process non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, abuse, or other illegal content;
• infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights;
• attack the service, access another account, distribute malware, or bypass age, CAPTCHA, moderation, ownership, security, or service-limit controls;
• expose or misuse passwords, device credentials, tokens, signed URLs, or another user's scripts;
• control a device in an unsafe, unlawful, or non-consensual way.

6. AI and device safety

Video recognition and generated funscripts may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review every script, timing curve, device setting, and safety limit before use.

Connected devices may move unexpectedly and may cause discomfort, injury, or property damage. Use only compatible, properly maintained devices; follow the manufacturer's instructions; begin with conservative limits; keep Safety Stop available; and stop immediately if anything feels unsafe. Do not use PeakSync as a medical device or rely on software as the only physical safety measure.

7. Temporary media and third parties

Uploaded source video is temporary and is deleted from server task storage after recognition produces the funscript. Generated scripts and basic source metadata remain until you delete them.

External sources and device vendors are third parties with their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and hardware warranties. PeakSync is not responsible for third-party content, hardware, outages, expired URLs, or API changes except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Public Telegram community

The PeakSync Telegram community is a supplemental public discussion space governed by these Terms, the posted community rules, and Telegram's own terms. It is not a private or emergency support channel. Do not post account details, credentials, private URLs, personal information, security reports, or sensitive logs; send those matters to info@peaksync.net.

Adult media is permitted only as the minimum evidence needed to reproduce a PeakSync issue. Mark it Sensitive and use Telegram's spoiler control, publish only material you have the right to share, and ensure every depicted person is an adult who consented as required by law. General adult-content sharing; content involving minors or uncertain age; non-consensual, leaked, or deepfake intimate material; piracy; sexual solicitation or transactions; dangerous device advice; spam or promotion; and illegal content are prohibited.

PeakSync moderators may remove content, warn or mute members, or permanently ban accounts to enforce these rules. Fraud, material involving minors, malicious disclosure of private information or credentials, and clearly illegal content may result in immediate removal and a permanent ban. Use Telegram's Report action or contact info@peaksync.net to report a community violation.

9. Suspension and deletion

You may stop using PeakSync and request account deletion. PeakSync may restrict or suspend access to address illegal content, a Terms violation, fraud, a security or device-safety risk, or a legal requirement. Contact info@peaksync.net if you believe a restriction was made in error.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, PeakSync is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect security, exact AI results, physical device response, or continued third-party compatibility. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

You are responsible for the sources you choose, the rights and consent needed to use them, your device settings, and safe physical use. PeakSync remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will publish the new effective date and version and request new acceptance when a material change requires it.
